Summary: It seems like a new business (or new management). I was really impressed with the whole experience. Rob helped us (I think he might be the owner) and he gave me the impression that he wanted to help us, not get a sale. He spent time with us to find out what we wanted, then went though his catalog and showed us our options, offered to order us the style/stain that we wanted, and called us when they came in so we could look at them. He recognized us when we came back in, and remembred our names and what we were looking for. I'll definately go back next time we are looking for furniture.

Product Selection
We were looking for a wooden rocking chair, they had 2 Oak rocking chairs in stock and one more on order, plus a birch rocking chair (which we ended up getting). They had other gliders as well, but we wanted a traditional rocker.

Product Quality
It is sturdy, comfortable and rocks well (we found some cheap rocking chairs that kind of 'knocked' as you rocked).

Service
They were helpful, but not too pushy (I appreciate it when they give me my space) In the end we got just what we wanted.

Price
It was a low price for a nice product - $150 for finished oak or birch rocking chairs. (other similar chairs we saw were 250 and up)

Reasonable Sales Tactics
Warm and friendly, they showed us what was on the floor, and in their catalog, explained the differences (types of wood, grain, stain, color, etc.) and called us when the chair we were interested in came in.

Problem Resolution
He was waiting for a shipment including the chair we wanted, and when it arrived, it had a minor blemish in the finish (not his fault) He offered to order another for us, or gave us the option of taking that chair at a discount.

Value
It was the best value (cost for quality) we found.
