The first time I bought a Tacoma I didn't find the color that I wanted, but I didn't want to wait either, so I can't blame them for that. We wanted silver and took gold instead. When I traded two years later last month I did though. 2006 silver Tacoma. Product Quality
Always great. My salesman, Todd, was great. Knew how to answer everything that I asked and he spoke on my level. He didn't try to make it seem anything more that it was which is how I like to hear things. Service
We have only had basic maintenance done there. We had a cracked windshield, which we had to pay for, but it was explained in a reasonable way that a rock cracked it. It obviously didn't go my way, but I was okay with it. Price
There was not much to explain here. I had been through this process a few times and I felt fine with the price. Reasonable Sales Tactics 
Todd is very easy to talk to. I never felt that I had to buy from him, which is my main factor in choosing to do business. There was no pressure and I felt that he was there to help explain to me, not to decide for me. Problem Resolution
I had an unrelated incident in the car wash in thier parking lot, which didn't beling to them. The sales manager was prompt to help resolve the issue though. He offered to help in ways that I didn't even think to ask. I felt that they were genuinly there to help. It ended up a non-issue, since the police were called and they pointed out that there was nothing worth arguing over, but it was nice to know that the dealership was there to offer assistance. Value
Worth every penny I paid. We love the truck and went back for another. In fact, when we went back the pitch we heard about the value of the truck being so strong was evidently true and we got a great trade value when we got the new one.
