Ryan is a sales man at Dilusso he was very nice and informative on the facts about Jewlery from metals to quility of dimonds. I did not feel the pressure of buying or being uncomfortable their. He was willing to work with what ever my price rang was and was over all good excperince. Service
They have a life time warrany on the rings and small set stones. I can go have my ring cleaned any time and it usaully only take a couple of minutes. They also do instore credit if somthing happens which nobody else is willing to do that! Price 
The prices are extreamly compeditive even with the internet and offer life time warranty with rings. Reasonable Sales Tactics 
They might not have as big a of a selection as some of the big chain stores or the high end jewlery store but they do have very nice rings of differant price ranges. They also sell you loose diamonds so you pick the setteing and then a stone that meets your desire. Problem Resolution
look I noticed that other reply about dilusso and she is luckey that she even received a stone to replace the chipped one. Their is no warranty on the center stone and if you leave with your ring it is out of the hands of the jewlers so don't go chipping your stone then demand a new one. That is why you get insurance on your diamond a rouy ring in case something like that happens. Value
They many different lines of jewlery deppending on your tast. That can offer any quality you desire. They are used to doing custom work on any peice and will alow you to choose the particulure quility of stones the 14k, 18k, 24k, X1 gold, platium you name it they make the jewlery right thier in the shop.
