My husband paid Di Lusso Diamonds to make a pearl ring which I had designed. When I received the ring I noticed there were spots all over the white gold. In addition, within two weeks the pearl popped off the setting.

Service
Di Lusso's is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They promised to fix the pearl ring and mail it to us the same day. It took repeated phone calls in order for them to mail it to us 4 weeks late. When it was mailed, they waived the signature requirement and the package was stolen.

Problem Resolution
Long story short, the manager and I came to a resolution which I was not happy with, but was so tired of dealing with the company I agreed to the terms. We only received partial payment for the damaged/lost ring after I threatened to take Di Lusso's to small claims court. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
