Electronics Expo has a great selection of high-end consumer electronics. My wife and I were in the market for a high-definition television and found that their selection was one of the most comprehensive on the internet. Product Quality
The television that my wife and I got (a 42" Sony Grand Wega LCD Projection) is great. While this is mostly because of Sony's strict quality controls, Electronics Expo did a great job of packing the television up and shipping it to us, keeping it safe in transit. Service
Everything went smooth with my purchase. I placed the order on a Monday, and by the following Tuesday the television had arrived from New Jersey on a freight truck. Price 
The price of our television set was pretty good ($400 less than we could have got it for at a local Best Buy). However, we could have gotten the same set for about $200 cheaper online, but I wanted to go with a reputable company that I could read user reviews on. I found thousands of reviews on Electronics Expo with the vast majority of them very positive. I am definitely glad to have spent a few extra bucks making sure that the transaction went smoothly. Sometimes when you order products online, the company will call you and try to bully you into adding accessories or protection plans. I was relieved to not receive any high-pressure phone calls from Electronics Expo. Problem Resolution
When I placed my order, there was a problem with the order actually going through (I found out that my credit card company flagged the purchase because it was a large purchase, out of state, etc.). I called my bank (which took about one minute) and called Expo - we had everything straightened out in a few minutes (by talking to a real live person). Value
I am very happy with the television set that my wife and I bought and would definitely do business with Electronics Expo again.
