Product Selection
While they do have a decent selection of flowers, there were a few different flowers that we wanted that they did not have. This was not a big problem, but they did not let us know until it was too late to find them somewhere else.

Product Quality
The quality of the flowers was very good. They were vibrant and it was obvious that they were fresh.

Service
Other than not letting us know that some flowers were not available, they did a great job. Their appearance at the wedding was very professional and helped add to the ambiance of the event.

Price
The prices were on the high side as compared to other local vendors. However, in light of the fact that we were married close to Valentine's Day, they did a good job of keeping the costs within reason. Apparently getting married on Valentine's Day, while it is romantic, also significantly increases the price tag of floral arrangements.

Reasonable Sales Tactics
They were honest and upfront about the costs. Though they were a bit on the high side, they made it clear what we could expect and we weren't surprised with any hidden costs.

Problem Resolution
When problems arose regarding the flowers that we had requested, it was too late for them to offer a reasonable resolution. Their professional demeanor and superb job they did with everything else compensated for this slight oversight.

Value
If you are in a position to spend a few extra dollars on floral arrangements, Feathered Nest is a great option. Make sure to follow up with them regularly to make sure that all of the flowers you order are on order with their supplier.
