| Summary: If you want a staff with decades of experience in product, racing, training, and service, then THIS IS THE PLACE. Full Review Product Selection Golsan Cycles carries Trek, Klein, Haro, Gary Fisher, LeMond, Intense, Argon 18, Look, Pinarello. Clothes by Nike, Louis Garneau, Trek, and others. Multiple helmet vendors and two eyewear companies. Product Quality Golsan Cycles is a boutique store that sells only quality merchndise, don't look for a Walmart bike, because you won't find it.
No privately owned pro-shop store can afford to stock every bike in every size in every colour. You'd sit on things you'd never sell.
In the sale the other blogger mentions, the store foots the cost of shipping. If the bike is already marked down 15%, special orders require shipping to be paid by the customer if the sales price is to be honored. Service Golsan Cycles is a no-pressure, only the truth sales team. If they don't know an answer, they will tell you they don't know, and will go ask someone who does.
Contrary to the previous listing, wheel truing IS included in the year service plan, which includes two free full service tuneups (wheels truing included) ; a break-in tune up after 60-90 days, and any minor adjustments the first year. Heavy duty truing is not included, such as nearly torquing your wheel off your bike. Price Mid $200.00 to high $9000.00. Custom bike packages available. Reasonable Sales Tactics Again, no pressure. Golsan Cycles takes the "not a car dealership" approach. If you want to haggle price, shop somewhere else. Their prices are already 10% under MSRP. Problem Resolution Fantastic. If you have a legitimate problem, they are their to serve. Value Excellent. Only quality merchandise is sold at Golsan Cycles.
