Product Selection
Pretty good selection of high-end dog and cat food and other pet-grooming stuff.

Product Quality
All the pet supplies they sell are from some brand I hadn't heard of, but it's all top quality stuff.

Service
They're a mom and pop web store so the service is very personal and speedy. I emailed a question the Natural Herbal Eyewash for dogs someone responded within about 10 minutes. Not bad.

Price
It's not the cheapest pet supplies out there, but the stuff is good and you can't beat the service.
