| Summary: Although I love my car, I had to haggle for an entire week with these sub-human dip-sticks, they were dishonest about the price, and their 80 point check is very superficial. I'd rather save the $2000 and buy from a private owner and risk having car problems. Full Review Product Selection They didn't have what i was looking for, an old Monteiro, but I guess you can't blame them for it. Product Quality They gave me the Jeep Cherokee with some inherent problems like a broken track bar, which causes the tires to go out of balance and a bad shimmy at certain speeds. Their "Back-u-up" policy is worth as much as vomitted dog food. Service The salesman called me for about a month to make sure I was happy, but when I told him my problems, he abruptly stopped calling. So basically he bothered me for a month at my work phone for nothing. Price Their pricing is very shady. I guess that's what you can expect from your run-of-the-mill dead-end low-life car salesman. He called me over the course of a week with a lower and lower price, and I finally bit. I asked on the phone if that price was still honored with their promised compensation for my trade-in and he assured me it was. I drove the 35 miles out to Sandy, and when they were bringing me the papers, they tried to make me pay for the promised price without the promised trade-in compensation. I was going to walk out, but they stopped me at the door and gave me that bull-excrement about how they 'never do this' but they would honor the price they promised and the trade-in price they promised ($2500 value). I would give them an F, but at least in the end they honored it. Reasonable Sales Tactics See price explanation. Problem Resolution They avoid servicing your car and all that Back-u-up crap flies out the window as soon as you leave the lot. What a bunch of phoneys. Value I love my car, but I've had to pump at least 3000 during the last 4 years into my car for parts failing that they should have fixed in their 'comprehensive 80 point check' or whatever they call it. What do they check? if the doors open? if it has a steering wheel?
