Summary: I don't even bother to shop anywhere else anymore. I'm not even sure why I'm writing this review - this is the kind of place you want to keep others from finding out about just in case their eventual popularity might spoil them and lead to higher prices, longer waits, etc. etc. Right now, however, they are the best car dealer in Utah Valley, without question.

Product Selection
They focus on quality over quantity. We've bought 3 cars there, so they must have a good selection of the cars we're looking for at least!

Product Quality
If you're looking for a Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, or other car highly-rated by Consumer Reports, LA Auto can't be beat.

Service
Lee and Stephanie are outstanding at understanding customer needs and meeting them.

Price
They're fair and give you a good price on the car you select. Sometimes their prices are outstanding - but this is one place where I don't feel the need to push them down to the lowest price possible. I want them to stay in business!

Reasonable Sales Tactics
They are very respectful, reasonable, and anxious to delight their customers - and they do. First-class people: honest, fair, and a pleasure to work with.

Problem Resolution
They have gone above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions.
