Product Selection
Although they did not have a huge selection, they did have several vehicles that met our needs.

Product Quality
The car we bought was exactly what we wanted.

Service
The salesmen were very courteous and answered all of our questions without any pressure.

Price
We told the salesman the exact price we wanted to pay (including all taxes, etc) and he stayed under that price. He never pressured us into spending more than our limit. We were very happy with the price of the vehicle.

Reasonable Sales Tactics
The tactics used were very low pressure. I think we were more anxious than the salesman to make the purchase! He encouraged us to take our time and work everything out (with the bank, insurance, etc).

Problem Resolution
We did have some minor problems with the service department after we purchased the car. They ordered an air conditioning system to install and it took a lot longer than they initially told us.

Value
Great value for our money!
