Summary: My resolution was if they would take the car back because the A/C is not the problem. Under the contract i signed I would accept the car if that was the only problem other than that I did not wanted the car I did told that to the Sell agent, He has been no help.This was by far the worst car shopping experience I had before I my self have not purchase a car but sister has and her experiences so a A+ at BMW great sells person which answer all the question and will advice you what would be a problem in a future. I have a car which I have purchase which is in their lot because they will fix it so far i have not received a call from them. The sell person was not clear of what items he need from paper work in order to get an approval from the bank. I have been ripped off and I been under pressured by the seller of the car. The only reason I wanted to purchase a car from a brand name location was to start bulding credit. Larry H miller is not a company to purchase a car from.

Product Selection 
The dealership had almost nothing in my price range and they were older cars. I went to the mall location because they were saying they will approve any one. My problem at this time is I don't have establish credit as other people but I don't have bad credit. I found one car which it was not that old and the miles were not alot but then the car had a problem with the AC/air,it was only hot, I went to a local mechanic and he re charge the AC/air hours later the air comming out of the car was hot.

Product Quality 
I went back to the dealer ship i told them what happen and I told them I would like to change the car and they told me they could not do. i ask them about the retured policy and they told me they did not had one or they are not aware of one. The sales man said but I known you can't retured the car.They did not told me I had signed some thing in wirtting I won't be able to retured the car.

Service 
The service I received was ok but not the best when I purchase the car, after I purchase the car I still went back to the car dealer and terrible service no one ask me what I need or how can they help me (remember I purchase the car inside of the mall in West Valley City.

Price 
The price of the car is more than what is worse I had reserach that at this time.

Reasonable Sales Tactics 
Their cars were overprice as well the vehicle had more miles they want to push t he people with no credit to buy a car not worth it because the sales person said " you will be able to cahnge your car in 6 month.

Problem Resolution 
I had a problem with the car I accept a condition of the A/C because the sells person said I was able to re cahrge the A/C I did I paid $90.00 i took it back to Southtown auto mall and they told me they will re do it again. The did not told they were going to find the problem.

Value 
Please always research before you purchase a car. Please if you don't have enough credit try to re search your options.
