Problem Resolution

Summary: Market Street Grill is a seafood restaurant located in both downtown Salt Lake and Cottonwood (by the corporate office buildings off of I-215). The seafood is great and the atmosphere is too - it is a great place for a date or a family get-together.

Product Selection
Market Street Grill has a very comprehensive menu and a ton of different seafood choices. Also, if you're dining with somebody that doesn't like seafood, they have chicken and steaks.

Product Quality
I love good seafood and Market Street Grill passes the test. Everytime I have eaten there the seafood has been fresh and prepared to perfection.

For the most part, we have always had good service at Market Street Grill. However, on one occassion, the waitress was very rude to us and slow to take care of our table. As if that weren't bad enough, there was a table of older (wealthier) people right next to us who got top-notch service from the same server. Read "Problem Resolution" for a further explanation.

The price isn't too bad for high-scale seafood. You can expect to pay about $25 per person for a decent dinner with drinks.

Problem Resolution
Market Street Grill is owned by Gastronomy Inc. We filled out a comment card when we were leaving the restaurant after having our first bad experience. Within three weeks we had a hand-written apology from the main office along with a $50 gift certificate for our next dinner. It is so nice to see that there are still restaurants out there who stand by their quality of service - every other visit (before and since) has been great.

Market Street Grill is to seafood what Carver's is to steak. You will not leave feeling like you didn't get your money's worth.
