Summary: They lose or don't get important info, not once but twice. Poor follow-through. I left the rave review about buying my car there. Just hope you don't need to use their repair service!

I bought a car. They lost the warranty info. I need the warranty. It's not in effect. They say they'll call, they don't. I call every day. It's been 4 days. Cousin Jim is out of town. They don't know what happened. No apologies. No pro-active problem solving. I'm not giving them an F because they have such a friendly demeanor. However, when it comes to solving problems they are useless.
