| Summary: Awaiting a full review based on the ability to solve a problem with a customer regarding early lease termination. Full Review Product Selection Decent number of cars, though lacking in good, preowned inventory. This doesn't appear to be their main focus, though. Product Quality Pandora's box - they sell Dodges which are notorious for lack of reliability. They're also a Toyota dealer, though, which do well over time. Service Pretty typical of a car-buying experience. The salesmen will tell you anything to butter you up to get you in their cars. Our sales rep was friendly, but we've yet to see just how genuine that is. Price Nothing extraordinary. Same pricing you'll get just about anywhere else on the new vehicles and average BlueBook market values for the used inventory. Reasonable Sales Tactics Nothing too shady seeming, at first. Obviously, their job is to get you in a car. So being friendly is kind of a given and doesn't chalk up to much more than that. Problem Resolution Undetermined. There is an issue with trying to get back out of a lease that hasn't even been processed. It's testing the limits of just how much "the last of the little guys" really does value the individual customer or if that's just a catchy phrase to get into your pocketbook and make off like a bandit. Value There's not really much that makes these guys stand out above any other Toyota or Dodge dealer that I've dealt with in Utah.
