Nicest apartments in this price range, the only other place I saw that was nicer was about 400 more a month Service 
The staff in the office treats you like dirt, like they are better than you. I feel like we live in some kind of home for special ed people because they treat you like you are retarded. Its like if you rent an apartment you are lower class! We are building a $250,000 home and are only here for 6 months and I pay their paychecks but apparently they are better than me?! What happen to customer service? Price 
I recently found an apartment in West Jordan that had 300 more square feet and about $250 less a month. But I must say that because of the higher prices, we have a higher quality of neighbors. Reasonable Sales Tactics 
Was told of all pricing up front but was not told that the garage we pay extra for, is about three blocks worth walking distance... being 8 months pregnant, I dont even use it and it costs me 50 bucks a month and since it is assigned to this particular apartment, I have to pay for it... plus I almost had to drop a class at school because I missed the first day because it wouldnt even open (i have had the clicker "fixed" several times). Plus the girl that sold us on the place, who mind you no longer works here, told us we would get one garage, right in front of our apartment and one covered space. Yeah no covered space!! I dont even care if its covered i would just like one in front of our apartment!! My husband usually has to walk about ten minutes to get to our apartment from where he has to park at night. Problem Resolution
I told the girl I found the place on Rent.com. So I went to claim my 100.00 and it got denied because the girl wrote down 4rent.com. When I spoke to the manager, she said it was my problem! I told her no its not because I didn't fill out the paper, she sad that was her policy so that there would be no mistakes..... so I asked, if that is your policy, then why dont you let the customers look at it after they fill it out to make sure it is correct.... she said that wasnt the point?!?!?!? After I had to threaten to leave the complex because of that and two other things I was lied to about prior to moving in, she finally gave me a $100.00 credit on my rent. Like the main company that owns this complex and like ten others is really going to suffer over the $100.00. Oh and the girl that filled out the paper is the one that doesnt work there anymore, surprisingly! Value
