This is a rain gutter company. We added to our deck last summer and needed to have the rain gutter extended over the new deck. I called S.A.R.G. gutter company and he came over that day to give me an estimate. He then told me he would install the gutter on the following Friday. He didn't come. I called him again and was told that he would be there that day - (the following Wednesday). We left for a 10 day trip and when we got home it was still not done. I called last Wednesday and was told that they didn't have time to do my job. Unbelievable. I told him that he must not care about customer service.

The price I was quoted I was more than willing to pay - but evidently it wasn't a "big" enough job for them. I know that when I do have a "big" enough job in this area I won't be calling them.
