Must be someone else you are thinking of. Celine talks about her husband's gambling in her book. She actually says that is one of the things that she found attractive in the first place... that he was a big risk taker. She credits her fame and fortune to his willingness to take a gamble on her. But I'm sure he is still on some sort of gambling budget... a very large one. I never heard anything about anyone accusing anybody of rape in this family but it wouldn't shock me. There are always those out trying to make a quick buck or a moment of fame making accusations like that (of course there are also many legitimate claims of rape, don't get me wrong).
